What happens during a consultation?
Appointments typically last for one hour. Our meeting would take place at my Colchester Office or virtually via Teams. We will discuss in detail what you hope to achieve and any health issues you have.
Over the course of our work together, I will look at your current diet and lifestyle and support you to address any factors that may be preventing you from achieving your goals. By the end of each session you will have 1 – 3 small objectives to work on to help you start to address your concerns.
After each session you will receive an email summary with the recommendations you have decided to work on, so you don’t have to worry about scribbling notes down.
With all of my one-to-one menopause coaching packages you will receive a weekly email from me to check on your progress. This is so we can review how things are going for you, what’s working, what isn’t and address any areas that you are finding difficult or challenging. My aim is to ensure you have the tools to create long term change.
You will be required to complete health and lifestyle screening forms, along with a menopause symptom checklist before we can begin working together. You may sometimes need to consult with your GP. You will also need to complete a 7-day food and activity diary for one of our sessions.
In breathwork sessions I recommend you wear comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict you around the tummy area and that you are comfortable to move in. You will need to move around gently so I can assess your breathing pattern and so you can practice any techniques. There will not be any contact during our work.
What is Breathwork and How Does it Help?
Breathwork is a type of exercise that involves consciously controlling and altering your breathing patterns. It’s been shown to help with various physical and mental health issues, including stress, anxiety, which is super important in helping you with your menopause symptoms.
In my practice, I use breathwork techniques alongside nutrition and lifestyle adjustments as part of a holistic approach to managing menopause. Breathwork can improve mental clarity, induce relaxation, and enhance your body’s natural ability to heal itself. It’s a powerful tool that can help you manage stress, improve sleep, and increase overall wellbeing.
The breathwork sessions I offer are tailored to your individual needs. During our time together, I’ll guide you through specific breathing exercises, helping you to understand and harness the power of your breath for better health.
I have monthly in person group sessions and one-to-one coaching options available.
Important Policies
- 48 hour Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
- Packages are non-refundable once started. Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Further reschedules are at my discretion. Unused sessions after this point are not refundable or transferable.

What is a Menopause Coach?
A menopause coach is a professional who specialises in providing guidance and support to women who are going through the menopause transition. Menopause coaches are typically trained in various aspects of menopause, including physical and emotional symptoms, hormonal changes, and lifestyle adjustments that can help manage menopause-related issues.
I specialise in using nutrition, lifestyle and breathwork techniques to help women manage the symptoms of menopause, while also offering personalised coaching sessions to promote positive change in their lives. I believe it’s the things we do every day that can have the biggest impact on our wellbeing.
What sets me apart from other coaches is my special style of coaching that emphasises dopamine driven change and empowering women to take control of their health and well-being. I understand that each woman’s experience with menopause is unique, so I take a holistic approach to coaching that takes into account their individual needs and concerns. My guidance helps women not only manage their symptoms but also make meaningful changes in their lives that promote overall wellness.
