Menopause Workshops & Events
Practical support, real conversations and experiences that help you feel better
Sometimes you don’t need another article to read or another list of things you should be doing.
You need the chance to get in a room, ask questions, try something for yourself and spend time with people who understand.
From small group sessions and guest workshops at the Menopause Wellbeing Studio to events further afield, this is where you’ll find practical support to help you feel more informed, more connected and more like yourself again.

Coming up
From free tasters and practical workshops to conversations we don’t have often enough, there is always something different happening at the Menopause Wellbeing Studio.
Places are kept limited, so you have space to take part, ask questions and feel comfortable, even if you come on your own.
Rebellious Rest: November Block
Mondays 2, 16 and 30 November | 7pm to 8pm
Menopause Wellbeing Studio, Brightlingsea
Your Monday night antidote to the cult of busy.
Rebellious Rest will run as a three-session block throughout November, giving you regular space to slow down instead of waiting until you are completely running on empty.
Get comfortable on a mat, snuggle under a blanket and let me guide you through stillness, gentle breathing and deep rest to quiet a busy mind, release tension and create more ease.
You don’t need to meditate, clear your mind or be good at relaxing. You will be guided throughout and can simply follow along.
Booking includes all three November sessions – £27 for all three
FREE COMMUNITY DROP-IN
Saturday 21 November | 10.30am to 11.30am
Menopause Wellbeing Studio, 13 Sydney Street, Brightlingsea
Come in, have a cup of tea and talk about whatever is on your mind around perimenopause or menopause.
There is no presentation or set agenda. You can ask questions, talk through something you’re struggling with, find out what support is available or simply spend time with other women who understand.
You don’t need to stay for the full hour and there is no pressure to share anything you don’t want to. It is completely free, but reserving a place helps me know how many people to expect.

The Menopause Wellbeing Studio
The Menopause Wellbeing Studio is home to small group sessions, practical workshops, honest conversations and the occasional guest event.
I created it because menopause support shouldn’t only be about handing you more information. Sometimes you need to try something for yourself, ask the questions going around in your head and discover what actually helps you feel better.
Alongside one-off events, I run regular sessions including Rebellious Rest, Feel Good Fridays, functional breathwork and a free monthly menopause drop-in.
Most people come on their own, the groups are deliberately small and you don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you need.
Recent speaking highlights
Taking the menopause conversation further
You’ll also find me speaking at festivals, wellbeing events, workplaces and community events across the UK.
Recent highlights have included Happy Place Festival, Norwich Yoga Festival and Wellness in the Wild, where I have brought together my own menopause experience, straight talking information and practical tools people can use in real life.
These aren’t talks where you leave with another overwhelming list of things you should be doing. I want people to feel seen, understand more about what may be happening and leave feeling hopeful about what they can do next

Looking for a menopause speaker?
If you’re planning a festival, workplace wellbeing day, conference or community event, I deliver uplifting, practical talks that bring the menopause conversation to life.
I combine personal experience, straight-talking information and simple tools people can actually use. Your audience won’t leave with another overwhelming list. They’ll leave feeling understood, more hopeful and clearer about what they can do next.
Talks can be adapted to suit your audience, timings and event, from shorter festival sessions to longer, interactive workshops.
