At the beginning of October I had an evening filled with excitement and recognition. My husband and I were privileged to attend the Tendring4Growth awards 2023, an event that celebrates excellence and innovation in business across the Tendring region of Essex. It was an wonderful to be shortlisted and even more thrilling to see both of us receive awards in our respective categories.
Recognising Excellence
In the Women in Business category, I was elated to be acknowledged as a runner-up. Standing among numerous remarkable female-led businesses in the region makes this recognition even more meaningful. It’s undeniably challenging to highlight our accomplishments, but it’s important. After all, if we don’t applaud our successes, who will?
This marks the second consecutive year that my Menopause Support services have been recognised in an awards process, solidifying the impact I’ve made in empowering women during their menopause experience.
Empowering Women
The awards ceremony acknowledged the impact of my work as a Menopause Coach both in the workplace and the wider community. My idea has always been clear: to empower women during their menopause journey, helping them navigate the physical and emotional challenges with confidence. I firmly believe that menopause is not an end; it’s a transformative phase that should be embraced. And you can when offered the right support!
The Impact of Recognition
Being acknowledged for my work is not just a personal achievement but also an opportunity to reach more people in need. I am deeply passionate about making a difference, and this recognition fuels that passion. It reminds me of the positive impact we can collectively make in supporting women to feel their best during this rollercoaster phase of life.
This win is not just a personal achievement but a chance to extend my support to more women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
